The currency exchange page was not intuitive. Users struggled to understand how buy and sell exchange rates were calculated, and there was no clear path to conversion. The Central Bank regularly pointed out that the exchange rate information was unclear

A complete redesign with 14 detailed subpages for each currency. Separated online and offline exchange rates, added an interactive branch map, and introduced exchange rate reservation and "Exchange at My Rate" features

New Central Bank requirements for information disclosure required a complete restructuring of the regulatory section. The project included more than 52 pages on a separate domain, initially built by developers without a design system. The deadline was April 1, while the final legal content was delivered only on March 28
solution
Designed a template system that reduced the time required to build standard pages to just a few minutes. Created a visual map of all pages in Miro, which became the single source of truth for both the design and legal teams. Developers were able to build simple text-based pages independently using the templates, without requiring a designer's involvement

Delivered on time with zero remarks from the Central Bank. The template-based approach became the standard for future projects across the design team
